New designs do not have a definitive release schedule, but boxes will start shipping one week before designs are released; price of shipping within the USA is included in the price.

~ If you are new to the subscription your first design will start with the Opal Mineral Dragon and go down the mineral dragon release date.  You're subscription will always pick up wherever it left off in the lineup of dragons.

~ Shipping is included in the price of all subscription tiers and options

~ You will receive one design per month (about every 4-5 weeks) until you are caught up with the current release.  Designs come out when Aurora has time to finish them as they take time.  If you have a current subscription and have all the previous designs, you will receive the next design in the mail when upon it's release.

~ Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your box after it ships out

~ Due to the nature of the subscription and products created, we can not cancel or refund money after the box has shipped.  If the products arrived damaged please email us at contactus@twotwisteddragons.com with picture proof of damaged items and we will work with you to make it right.
